  • No, our current chocolate version does not contain any caffeine, however we will be releasing a coffee version soon which will be caffeinated.

  • Sidekick Focus Blend is recommended for 15+. The ingredients we use are safe and well-dosed, but they’re meant for developing minds that are at least mid-teen and older.

    The suitability for children should be assessed by a paediatrician or a healthcare professional.

  • Sidekick products have been formulated with consideration for individuals taking common stimulant medications, such as dexamphetamine, Concerta, Adderall, Vyvanse, or Ritalin.

    At the time of investigation, no known interactions were identified, but we always recommend you consult your doctor or healthcare professional before using Sidekick or any supplement alongside prescription medications and ensure this product is right for you.

  • Our B6 and B9 are non-methylated.
    Our B12 is methylated.

    We will be changing this in the future so all are methylated.

    We will also be dropping our B6 from 10mg to 2mg in the future.
