Refund policy
Returns:
Sidekick is happy to replace any product that is faulty or damaged. Any faults or damages must be reported within 14 days of delivery with picture evidence and sent to ben@drinksidekick.com.au
- We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
- No refunds will be issued based on taste preference.
- All pre-order sales and sale items (including Black Friday sales) are NON-refundable and cannot be canceled prior to receiving the products.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchange and Store Credits:
If you have received a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- Sidekick will cover the cost of return shipping.
If you have purchased the incorrect product or wish to exchange an unopened product:
- You will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
- We can only offer an exchange or store credit under these circumstances.
